Leadership

Schuylkill Math & Reading Fluency:

We meet with these groups once per month to help (small groups) reading and math fluency for struggling students in grades 2-6.

Schuylkill Connections Crew

This is a group of students at SES that are 'on the bubble' for attendance. This program is a way to make connections and help these kids want to be in school. We meet with them once per month and we plan activities to do with them based on their monthly SEL theme or a seasonal theme.

Middle School Tutoring

We offer tutoring sessions designed to assist middle school students across a variety of subjects. We provide support for those who may be facing challenges in completing their assignments, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance. Many members have also reported notable improvements in their students' academic performance.

Advocating at PCEF Annual Fundraiser

Two of PAHS's EdRising Co-Presidents, Chloe Myers and Christine Amalraj, led a table and advocated for our program at the PCEF annual fundraiser in february. They engaged with numerous community members about our initiatives, and it would be an understatement to say they impressed with all we have achieved!

Leadership is essential in teaching, inspiring both educators and students to excel. It fosters collaboration and drives innovation. We offer various opportunities to develop leadership skills, ensuring our educators lead effectively in the classroom and beyond.
